SYNAQ | Zimbra Platform Patch Install for SYNAQ Cloud Mail
In alignment with SYNAQ's commitment to delivering and supporting superior email services, we are in the process of implementing a new patch version of our current Zimbra platform for the SYNAQ Cloud Mail Service for the purpose of improving the platform experience. More specifically, we are upgrading to Zimbra version 8.7 patch 11. The preparation for this project has been extensive and we have completed the necessary vendor, architectural, and procedural steps to ensure that this upgrade is as seamless as possible.
These Zimbra platform patch implementations have been planned for the week of the 27th of May. More specifically, the changes will occur as follows:
• First change window: 22:00 on 27/05 - 02:00 on 28/05 (Note: Certain users will not be able to send or receive mail during this time)
• Second change window: 22:00 on 28/05 - 02:00 on 29/05 (Note: Certain users will not be able to send or receive mail during this time)
• Third change window: 22:00 on 29/05 - 02:00 on 30/05 (Note: Certain users will not be able to send or receive mail during this time)
• Fourth change window: 22:00 on 30/05 - 02:00 on 31/05 (Note: Certain users will not be able to send or receive mail during this time)
We believe that the upgrade will prove beneficial and improve the overall SYNAQ Cloud Mail experience due to a number of bug fixes and performance improvements that will be applied as part of this process.
