SYNAQ | SYNAQ API Downtime
In alignment with SYNAQ's commitment to delivering and supporting superior email services, routine maintenance is a key requirement to ensure that we continue to provide this level of service to our Clients. As such, SYNAQ will be conducting routine database maintenance on our API, which communicates with the SYNAQ Portal for provisioning and product configuration purposes.
The maintenance has been planned for the 4th March 2021 and will occur between 22:00pm – 23:30pm. During this change window, you will be unable to place any new orders or make any configuration changes to product offerings.
