SYNAQ Cloud Mail's SSL certificate requires renewal and as such we will be performing maintenance to apply this renewal. This change will be effected after hours to ensure minimal downtime. More specifically users have been divided into batches to ensure each user experiences only a 2 minute downtime period within the 2 hour change window.
In addition please note all users that currently have their SMTP (outgoing server) hostname aliased to the SYNAQ SMTP hostname (eg. mail.mydomain.com) and have SSL enabled on their mail client, will be required to re-accept the new certificate in order to continue to send mail.
