In alignment with SYNAQ’s commitment to delivering and supporting superior email services, we are in the
process of implementing two new patch versions for our current Zimbra platform for the SYNAQ Cloud Mail
Service for the purpose of improving the platform experience for EWS users. More specifically, we are
upgrading to Zimbra version 8.6. patch 8, as well as implementing a custom EWS patch. The preparation for
this project has been extensive and we have completed the necessary vendor, architectural and procedural
steps to ensure that this upgrade is as seamless as possible.
